Crios Group exhibits at the IAOP OWS 2.0

Last week the Crios Group traveled stateside to Orlando, Florida to attend the IAOP Outsourcing World Summit 2.0. This was the Crios Group’s first time exhibiting at the world’s most respected and recognised conference on the topic of outsourcing.

The members who attended were Pat Keogh from Arema Connect, Joe Cahalane from Arise Europe and David Cashman from Zevas Communications. The Crios Group exhibited at the event to showcase the Irish Advantage and why Ireland is your competitive advantage to international CX and BPO delivery.

Each of our members are established BPO providers in Ireland and our areas of expertise ranges from customer support, technical support, sales, emergency call handling and market research services. Across the three days of the event, the Crios Group showcased how the group can open the door to North American companies looking to grow and expand across Europe.

The OWS proved to be a comprehensive learning environment and an excellent opportunity for networking and connecting. We had some very interesting conversations with customers, advisors, and providers operating in the outsourcing industry. The OWS was a prominent location for exchanging experiences and ideas with some of the worlds’ leading outsourcing companies.

The after-hours event in Seaworld drew our time at the OWS to a close. The event was a great success, marking another notable event of learning and connecting.
